We Perform DOT Physical Examinations

Sure Test has Certified Medical Examiners on staff to provide DOT physical examinations in the Sioux Falls, SD area. Your appointment will meet all DOT regulations and will include a medical history, as well as a basic physical exam, screening your height, weight, hearing, and vision. We will check your blood pressure and then listen to your heart and lungs. We will also perform a urinalysis, a hernia check and look for abdominal abnormalities.
Once your exam has been performed, we will complete your Medical Examination Report. You will also receive a receipt of your examination.
